12. GOODS, PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

12.1. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of goods available from Instock Logos Limited correspond to the actual goods, Instock Logos Limited is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations of the correct goods, not different goods altogether. Please refer to Clause 16.1. for incorrect goods.

12.2. Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required size, colour, number and other features of the goods your are purchasing.

12.3. Instock Logos Limited does not represent or warrant that such goods will be available. Stock indications are not provided on the website

12.4. All pricing information on the website is correct at the time of going online. Instock Logos Limited reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary. All information regarding products and pricing is regularly reviewed and updated.

12.5. In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for goods and Instock Logos Limited processing that order and taking payment, you will be contacted prior to your order being processed with details of the new price.

12.6. All prices on the website are in pounds sterling, and include VAT at the current rate where applicable.

13. PAYMENT

13.1. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. The payment pages of Instock Logos Limited's online shop are held by our Payment Service Provider (PSP) on our behalf and transaction details are kept secure, they do not hold any order or delivery details. When you reach the point of entering your card details you will be transferred to their secure pages from our own secure checkout. If a payment of this type is used to fulfil a postal or telephone order, it is used once to facilitate payment and then destroyed.

13.2. Payment of orders sent by post, fax or email can be made by credit card, debit card or by cheque. Cheques, made payable to Instock Logos Limited, can only be accepted in pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Please do not send cash.

13.3. Payment for goods will only be debited from your credit/debit card three working days prior to despatch. Orders received with a covering cheque will be processed when payment is cleared. Please do not send cash.

14. DELIVERY

14.1. Instock Logos Limited will endeavour to despatch goods within fourteen days of receipt of your order. If required urgently please contact Instock Logos Limited by email or telephone before ordering. If this delivery time is delayed you will be notified of the expected delivery date. Please note, delivery dates quoted are a guide only and will not be legally binding unless specified as part of a contract.

14.2. Your order will be despatched via Royal Mail postal service or carrier, dependent on the size and weight. In either case a signature will be required on delivery. If there is nobody available to accept delivery, a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to contact the relevant delivery company to re-arrange a convenient re-delivery date.

14.3. The delivery charge will be calculated at the point of order. Please contact us by email info@instocklogos.co.uk for delivery charges to European destinations.

14.4. Although Instock Logos Limited will do their utmost to ensure your delivery arrives in perfect condition, if it does arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition please sign the carrier's delivery documentation as damaged. Please contact Instock Logos Limited within two days with details of any damage(s) and we will arrange replacement(s).

14.5. Any short deliveries must be notified to the carrier and to Instock Logos Limited on receipt, and confirmed in writing to Instock Logos Limited with seven days.

14.6. If Instock Logos Limited receives no communication from you within two days of delivery regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed to have received the goods in full working order and with no problems.

15. RETURNS POLICY

Instock Logos Limited aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these terms and conditions.

If you wish to return goods for any of the reasons listed 14.1. to 14.4., please contact Instock Logos Limited for a returns number. This number must be quoted on the outside of the package to be returned, enabling the swift processing of your return and replacement/refund. Please note, no items can be accepted without quoting the returns number.

15.1. If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you should contact us within seven days to arrange the return. Instock Logos Limited is responsible for paying shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. A refund or replacement will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods in their original condition with any labels and packaging intact.

15.2. If any goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Instock Logos Limited within seven days to arrange return. Instock Logos Limited is responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with any labels and packaging intact. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the goods will be replaced, or the price of the goods as paid by you will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.

15.3. If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to Instock Logos Limited within two days to arrange return. Instock Logos Limited is responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the goods will be replaced, or the price of the goods as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.

15.4. If the goods have been despatched or have reached you, but you have changed your mind or the size and/or colour is not as expected, these goods can be returned to Instock Logos Limited within seven days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for these reasons if the packaging remains unopened, any labels are intact and the goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of Instock Logos Limited. You are responsible for paying shipment costs if goods are returned for this reason. Please acquire a certificate of postage or other proof of despatch if necessary.

15.5. Personalised and/or customised goods cannot be returned unless faulty. If you believe the goods to be faulty please contact Instock Logos Limited immediately. Returns will not be accepted if the goods have been used, worn or washed.

15.6. Instock Logos Limited reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these terms and conditions. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to:

15.6.1. any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the goods;

15.6.2. any characteristics of the goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

15.6.3. any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the customer at the time of purchase.

Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
